ORDER :

The petitioners are A1 to A4 in Crime No.3O of 2O18 on the file of I(oilkonda Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, which is registered on 06.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 3O7 rlw 34 IPC. A1 & A2 are in judicial custody since 07.05.2018 and A3 & A.4 are in judicial custody since 12.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana and perused the bail application averments.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and were falsely implicated and they are ictims of Crime No.9 of 2018, registered for the offe ces punishable under Section 324 from 326 rlw 34 IPC and there is another case counter to it from the de facto complainant party in relation to civil dispute in Crime No.8 of 2018, registered for the oflences punisl-rab1e under Section 324 rlw 34 IPC of the same Police Station.
