This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal I'rocedurc, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.5, for grant of bail in Crimc No.145 o1 2016 of Achampct Police Station, Nagarkurnool District, registered for thc offenccs punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 and 1208 I.P.C. and Sections 25(1XA) a'nd 27 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959.

On the other hand, thc learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed thc grant of bail to the petitioner/A-S and ultiniately, prayed to disnriss this application.
