By the present Appeal, the appellant has questioned

the judgment and order dated 20^th May 1998 passed by the Addl.

Sessions Judge, Raigad, Alibag in Sessions Case No.62 of 1997.

The Appeal is admitted on 29^th June 1998 and the appellant was

released on bail.
