This Criminal Appeal is of year 2003. It was decided

by this Court, upholding the conviction and sentence, on

November 9, 2006. The accused was in custody. He was not

represented.

It appears that, thereafter, an appeal was taken to the

Supreme Court. The Court has remanded the case back on the

ground that the appellant was not represented before this Court.

The appellant was charged on an allegation that he had

murdered his wife, Anita, on 30th March, 2000. His brothers,
