On the last occasion in these matters, learned APP was
directed to file Affidavit of Investigating Officer pointing out the
role of each of the applicants. Today, the learned APP states that he
is in the process of filing of that Affidavit. However, he also
submits that in some cases, the Investigating Agency may not
require custodial interrogation of some of the applicants. All those
facts will have to be put on Affidavit. Therefore, today, I am
adjourning the matters with continuation of interim relief to

enable learned APP to file his Affidavit.
