ORDER :-

1.

The First Appeal is fled by an establishment registered,

under the provisions of the Bombay Public Trust on being

aggrieved, by the judgment delivered by the Employees State

Insurance Court at Pune in Application (ESI) No.23 of 2014,

holding that the appellant is liable for contribution under

Sections 40 & 41 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948

(for short, “the ESI Act”), since it is a factory and covered

under the ESI Act and is also liable to pay contribution as well,
