1. This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of the Respondent No.34 on record. It is stated that, the Respondent No.34 expired on 25th September 2011. There is a delay of 5 years and 165 days in filing the present Application.

2. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the legal heirs of the Respondent No.34 have been duly served and Affidavit of Service dated 9th February 2018 to that effect has been filed.

Despite service, none-appears for the Respondent Nos.34C.

3. Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.7 to 18, opposed the Application and submitted that, delay has not been properly explained and therefore, the present Application may
