ORAL JUDGMENT [ Per P. V. Hardas, J.] :

The appellant, who stands convicted for an offence punishable

under Section 302 of the IPC and sentenced to imprisonment for life and

to pay a fine of Rs.500/-, in default of which to undergo RI for 15 days, by

the Principal Judge, Greater Bombay, in Sessions Case No. 877 of 2002,

by judgment dated 29/08/2008, by this appeal questions the correctness of

his conviction and sentence.
