P.C.: 1. Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe to place

the matter on board as all compliance are done in the

matter and no returnable date issued during the lock-

down.

2. This petition is uncontested matter wherein all

compliance appears to have been done by Advocate for

petitioner hence, it is placed today on board for order

dispensing with the presence of Advocate due to pan-

demic of COVID 19.

3. Upon perusal of petition, it appears that this peti-

tion is for Probate of last Will and Testament of de-

ceased filed by petitioner being sole Executor named

under the Will of deceased. Deceased said to have died

at Mumbai on 19.02.2020. Copy of death certificate is

annexed to the petition. Identification proof of de-

ceased viz. copy of Aadhar card is already annexed to

the petition.

4. Deceased left behind his last Will and Testament

which was duly executed at Mumbai on 23.01.2009.
