This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, “the Act”) whereby the petitioners are

before the Court praying for interim measures pending the arbitral

proceedings. This petition was filed on 09 July, 2021. It appears from

the record that from 13 July, 2021 to 06 July, 2022, which is almost for

a period of one year, the petition was never moved.

Be that as it may, after the petition was heard for some time on 06

July, 2022 and on 13 July, 2022, the petition was adjourned to 20 July,

2022. On 20 July, 2022, the following o
