Parties agree that an order of appointment of arbitrator even if

made today will not take efect for a period of 30 days, during which

time the parties will attempt to resolve their disputes by negotiation.

If there is no compromise arrived on or before 31st December 2019,

then the parties will refer their disputes to the sole arbitration of a

person nominated by this Court.

The suggestion is reasonable. The parties leave the choice of

arbitrator to the Court.
