1. This Notice of Motion is taken out by the State
of Maharashtra through its Chief Secretary seeking

further extension of time for compliance of the order
passed by this court on 04.05.07,
2. In view of the fact that the applicant has
complied with the order though after the stipulated
period and has removed encroachments and unauthorised
constructions in the University Campus at Kalina,
notionally the time stands extended till 30.11.08.
Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly.
