The present writ petition is filed against the order of

Additional Collector, Ahmednagar thereby allowing the appeal

filed by respondents and setting aside the order of the Sub

Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar remanding the matter to the

Tahsildar for decision of an appeal filed by present petitioners to

the S. D. O. regarding fixation of purchase price.
