Heard Adv. Mr. P.D. Bachate for the petitioners, and learned

AGPs Mr. D.R. Kale, Mr. G.R. Ingole and K.J. Ghute Patil, for the

respondent - State.

Petitions are filed by the persons claiming to be freedom

fighters, challenging orders withdrawing the pension released in their

favour, consequent to the report submitted by One Man Committee,

popularly known as ‘Justice A.B. Palkar Committee’. Adv. Mr. Bachate

makes a statement that these petitioners have not approached this Court at

any time prior to filing of these petitions.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has invited

attention to judgment delivered on 25th September 2012, in Writ Petition

No. 6318 of 2010, and other connected matters. He points out, one of us
