The petition is filed to challenge the order made by District

Judge, Omerga on 12th February 2016 in Civil M.A. (NRJE) No.1 of

2016. It appears that by making order in Civil M.A. (NRJE) 1 of 2016,

the appellate Court had directed the Cadastral Surveyor to take

measurement of both Gut Nos.366/1 and 366/2. As the dispute is

mainly in respect of different portions of Survey No.366/2, in the

correction application, District Court has made the correction and has

given direction to the Cadastral Surveyor to make measurement of

respective portions of Survey No.366/2.

The submissions made show that the respondent's father got

property admeasuring 2 acre 1 guntha in the year 1988 from this

survey number though old number was different, as it was excess land
