The bail application is not pressed for Dadarao, applicant No.1-

original accused no.1. Consequently, it is dismissed to his extent.

So far as applicant no.2 Shripad and applicant no.3 Yamuna is

concerned, they are informed of 87 and 82 years old. The prosecution has

failed to distort the age claimed of these applicants. They were on bail

through out the trial of Sessions Case No.82 of 2008, decided on 20th

March, 2014.

The prosecution case in short is, deceased married to Dadarao in

2007 at Jategaon at the place of PW-2, Sister of the deceased. It was a

Gandharva form of marriage recognized in their community. Deceased
