This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a writ directing the

respondents to conduct the interview of the petitioner for the post of

Clerk in State Bank of India an associate banks of State Bank of India,

pursuant to the result of the written examination held on 1/3/2009.

It appears that the petitioner was declared successful in the

written examination and accordingly, a call letter was issued to the

petitioner for appearing for the interview. The call letter specified the

original documents which were required to be produced by the

petitioner at the time of interview. A call letter did not specifically called
