All these applications have fled by the same

applicant, who is involved in three diferent crimes, for bail

under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In Bail Application No.914 of 2020, she came to be

arrested on 30.01.2018 in connection with Crime No.90 of 2015

registered with Partur Police Station for the ofence punishable

under Section 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and

under Section 3 and 4 of the MPID Act, which came to be

registered on the basis of FIR lodged by one Parmeshwar

Anjiram Bilhare.

In Bail Application No.915 of 2020, she came to be

arrested on 02.02.2018 in connection with Crime No.89 of 2015
