PER COURT :-

1 By order dated 1.3.2019, notice is deemed to be served, in view of the bailiff report. This matter was adjourned on 1.3.2019 only to grant one more opportunity to the respondent to appear.

2 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant prays for transferring HMP No.275/2017 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrirampur.

3 It is submitted that, after the marriage took place on 17.4.2016, the applicant was being harassed. Though an amount of Rs.14 to 15 lakhs was paid by the parents of the applicant, the respondent was not interested in maintaining marital relations with the applicant. Ultimately, she was assaulted and driven out of the house, when she sought for fulfilling the marital obligations. She is presently residing with her parents at Shrirampur.
