These applications are filed for anticipatory bail in Crime No.
64/13 registered in Sillod [Rural] police station, Tq. Sillod,
Dist.Aurangabad for offences punishable under Sections
143,147,148,149,307, 395, 427,506 of IPC. Both sides are heard.

Today, purshis signed by Dhampal Shejwal, complainant
from this case came to be filed. Parties are identified by different

advocates. He has contended that to maintain harmony and peace
in the society, parties have decided to settle the dispute out of
Court and so, relief may be granted to the applicant.

Learned APP is heard on this point. This Court has perused
the record of investigation of Crime no.64/13 and also 65/13. On
the date of the incident, there was quarrel between 2 groups of 2
different communities due to which 2 crimes came to be
