The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail
in Crime no.73 of 2016 registered at Jawahar Nagar
Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences
punishable under section 307, 498-A of the Indian
Penal Code.

In the FIR, specific role is attributed to
each of the applicants, however, in the statement of
the complainant recorded under section 164 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, he has absolved all the
applicants.

Having regard to the statement under
section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and
its evidential value, in my view, it will be
appropriate to release all the applicants on bail.
