The applicant, who is aged about 75 years,

is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no.8 of 2015

registered at Pimpalgaon Hareshwar Police Station,

Tq. Pachora, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences

punishable under section 406, 408, 409, 465, 467,

468, 471, 474, 477, 420, 120(B) r/w. 34 of the

Indian Penal Code.

The investigation in the matter is complete

and after filing chargesheet, supplementary

chargesheet is also filed. The role attributed to

the present applicant is in the capacity of office

bearer of the trust, which is receiving grant-in-aid

for managing the hostel and institution.

Prima faice, from the record, it appears

that the entire record is available with the

investigating agency, and, therefore, in my opinion,

custodial interrogation of the applicant is not

necessary. Hence, the following order:-

In the event of the arrest of the applicant

in Crime no. 8 of 2015 registered with Pimpalgaon

Hareshwar Police Station, Tq. Pachora, Dist. Jalgaon

for the offences punishable under section 406, 408,

409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 477, 420, 120(B) r/w.

34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail

upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of

Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety

in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned

Police Station as and when called by the

Investigating Officer.
