permission to sell the land, are pending consideration

with the State Government, and no decision as yet has

been taken.

In this view of the matter, the writ

petitions can conveniently be disposed of by directing

respondent no.1 to take decision on the proposals

tendered by the petitioners under Section 36-A of the

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for according permission

to sell the land, as expeditiously as possible and,

preferably, within four months from today.

Order accordingly.
