The first two applications are filed
for anticipatory bail. The other two
applications are filed for permission to
assist learned A.P.P.
2.
Learned counsel Narwade was allowed to
assist learned A.P.P. Thus the last two
applications are disposed of as allowed.

Learned counsel for the Applicant
submitted that during pendency of the
proceeding, Applicant No.3 Badrinath from

first proceeding came to be arrested. So,
his application is disposed of as
infructuous.

Learned counsel for the Applicants
submitted that, on instructions, he is
withdrawing the Application for Applicant
No.2 Somnath from the first proceeding and
the application of Bhau alias Devidas
Yelwande from the second proceeding. So,
the application of Applicant No.2 Somanath
from the first proceeding is disposed of as
withdrawn and the Criminal Application No.
4736 of 2013 is also disposed of as
withdrawn.

This Court has already considered the
allegations made as against Applicant Nos.
1 Bandu and Applicant No.4 Maroti Chothe
from the first proceeding.
Main
allegations are against different persons.
No active role is attributed to these two
applicants though it is contended that they
were in the company of the main accused.
Considering the possibility of exaggeration

this Court holds that bail can be granted
to Applicant Nos.1 and 4 from the first
proceeding.

In the result, the application No.4735
of 2013 is allowed to the extent of
Applicant No.1 Bandu and Applicant No.4
Maroti Chothe. Interim relief granted in
their favour is confirmed.
