By the instant application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, the applicants seek their enlargement on bail, in the event of

their arrest, in connection with C.R. No.140 of 2015, registered with Jintur

police station, Jintur, Dist. Parbhani, for offences punishable under

sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and

sections 3 (2) (5) and 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled C
