convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule in Sessions

Case No.53 of 2012 on 20

th November, 2012 for the offences punishable

under Section 376(1) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 417 of the

Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a

period of 7 years for the offence punishable under Section 376(1) of the

Indian Penal Code and 1 year for the offence punishable under Section 417

of the Indian Penal Code alongwith certain directions to pay fine amount, is
