The Applicant, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the

Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar in Crime No.II-94/2014 for the

offences punishable under Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act and Sections

37(1)(3)/ 135 of the Bombay Police Act, is praying for his release on

Anticipatory Bail.

The First Information Report would show that the present

Applicant supplied 12 swords to two accused who were caught red-hand

with those swords. On interrogation of those two accused, it was found

that the present Applicant has sold those swords.
