JUDGMENT

Heard.

2. Both the Revision Applications are filed being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Hingna on application below Exhibit 11 and Exhibit 14 respectively dated 03/01/2022 thereby application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 were came to be rejected. As similar facts and question involved in both the Revisions Application, Civil Revision Application No.21/2022 is taken up as lead application.

3. The facts in brief are as under: The non-applicant i.e. original plaintiff preferred Regular Civil Suit No.01/2021 on 01/01/2021. The present applicant filed application below Exhibit 11 on 18/02/2021 under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code for rejection of the cra 21-2022.odt 3/13 plaint on the ground that the suit is barred by law and plaint does not disclose a cause of action to file the suit.
