Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that
various Petitions are pending at the Benches and at the Principal
Seat raising the identical questions of law and they have been
transferred to the Aurangabad Bench and a general
administrative order is also passed. The Registry will examine
and take necessary steps.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in
all these petitions, interim orders directing the Respondents not
to take coercive steps against the Petitioners have been passed.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against
the Petitioners on the basis of impugned orders.
