Crime No.78/2018 is registered against the

applicant/accused on the report lodged by the non-

applicant No.2-informant. Initially the crime was

registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of

the Indian Penal Code, however, subsequently offences

punishable under Sections 376(2), 377, 504, 506 of the

Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(ii), 3(2)(i-a),

3(2)(V-a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 came to be added.
