petitioners - original defendant Nos.2 to 8.

The order passed by the trial Court partly rejecting the

claim of the petitioners for production of documents is

challenged.

The learned Senior Advocate has submitted that copies

of the documents at serial Nos.1 to 55 and 62 to 73 which

are sought to be produced on the record along with the list,

are already placed on the record along with the lists filed on

28^th March, 2008 and 8^th April, 2008. It is submitted that the

petitioners – defendants, at present, are not pressing for

permission to produce the photocopies of the documents

which are filed for the first time along with application (Exh.

2 wp3437.16

no.41), however, the copies of the documents which are

already on the record filed along with the lists dated 28^th

March, 2008 and 8^th April, 2008 have to be taken into

consideration at the time of recording of the evidence.

Notice, returnable on 29^th July, 2016.

By an ad-interim order, the proceedings of Special Civil

Suit No.7/2008 pending before the trail Court are stayed

until further orders.

In addition to usual mode of service, the respondents

be served by speed post acknowledgment due.
