Application [APPP] No. 907 of 2018 on 18th September,

2018, by which the earlier order passed on 20th March,

2018 is recalled and Criminal Application [APPA] No. 832

of 2017 is restored. At the time of signing the order,

Office Note dated 17th September, 2018 was noticed

which reflected that there was delay of twenty-eight

days in filing Criminal Application [APPP] No. 907 of 2018

and the applicant had not filed application explaining the
