Heard learned counsel for the parties for some

time.

In the present case, the allegation against the

applicant is that he had committed forcible sexual

intercourse with the victim, which resulted in pregnancy

and delivering a child. The victim was said to have been

slightly more than 13 years of age when the incident took

place. The investigation has been completed and charge-

sheet has been filed on 16.05.2019 and it has come on

record that the blood samples of the applicant, the victim

as well as the child have been sent for DNA analysis, but

the report is yet awaited.

The result of the DNA analysis does have a

crucial bearing on the consideration of the present

application.

Hence, the Regional Forensic Science

Laboratory, Rahate Colony, Nagpur is directed to place

before this Court the DNA analysis report in the present

case, within a period of four weeks from today. The

learned APP is requested to communicate this order

forthwith to the said Laboratory, so that it is ensured that

the DNA report is placed before this Court before the

next date of hearing.

2019.
