It is seen that the proceedings initiated

under the provisions of the Protection of Women

from Domestic Violance Act, 2005, are presently

pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate

First Class, Chandrapur and the Divorce Petition

filed by the respondent against the applicant is

pending before Family Court No.3 at Nagpur.

It is further seen that the applicant is

admittedly residing at Taluka-Murwad, District
