JUDGMENT :

Feeling aggrieved with the judgment of conviction dated

06/12/2014 passed by the Special Judge, NDPS Court, South Goa in

Special Case (NDPS) No.6/2013 of the offences under Section 20(b)

(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, by which the appellant is sentenced to

undergo rigorous imprisonment for ten years and a fine of ₹1.00 lakh,
