By this petition, the petitioners, who are original defendants no.8 and

9 are challenging the orders dated 14/3/2016 and 12/4/2016 passed by the

learned Adhoc District Judge, Mapusa, Goa in Civil Suit No.1/2012.

The brief facts are that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 had filed the

aforesaid suit for declaration and mandatory and probative injunction in

respect of a property better known as "Aradichem Abta" situated at

Gaunsavaddo, Mapusa, Bardez-Goa. The suit was initially filed against the
