Heard the petitioner (legal practitioner) in person and Mr.

Prasad Naik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

By this petition, the petitioner has taken exception to the

order dated 09.04.2014, passed by the learned First Additional

Sessions Judge, South Goa, Margao in Criminal Revision Application

WPCR No. 88/2014

No. 48/2013 and the order dated 02.07.2013, passed by the learned

Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vasco (the Magistrate, for short), in

Criminal Case No. 2/P/2013/A and has further prayed that process to

be issued against the respondent and has also prayed for some costs

to be recovered from the respondent and to be paid to him.
