The Appellant has filed the present Appeal

challenging the conviction and sentence passed by the

Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Court, Mapusa, in Special Criminal

Case No.20/2000 convicting the Appellant for an offence

punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act,

1985 and sentencing him for the aforesaid offence, on each

count to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years and to

pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/-, in default to undergo Simple

Imprisonment for 6 months.
