Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the

respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be

pleased to issue writ, order or direction or any other order

particularly in the nature of a writ of certiorarified mandamus,

calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned order dated

27.11.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No. / 10535 / 2020 / U1 / on the file of

the 1st Respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st Respondent

to re-fix the maintenance to be provided to the 3rd Respondent

considering her income and the assets she is owning based the

documents produced (in WP.NO.1831 OF 2021) and

(ii) To pass an order of interim stay of the operation of the

Impugned order dated 27.11.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No./10535/2020/U1

passed by the 1st Respondent till the disposal this writ petition

(in WMP.NO.2067 OF 2021).

Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon

perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof

and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.ARAVIND SUBRAMANYAM,
