Order : This Appeal coming on this day for hearing upon

perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and decree of the

Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the

material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of

M/S.AAV PARTNERS, Advocate for the Appellants and of

MR.C.UMASANKAR, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of MR.K.GOVI

GANESAN, Advocate for the 2nd & 3rd Respondents, the court made the

following order:-

At request of both the learned counsel for the appellants as

well as the learned counsel for the respondents this matter is

referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this

Bench, to arrive at an amicable settlement between the parties.

2.All the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation

Centre on 04.03.2022 without fail.

3.The Mediation Centre is directed to conclude the proceedings

and list the matter before this Court, along with a report.
