India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing

the respondents to produce the detenus 1)Sekar, son of Rengan, aged

about 35 years, 2)Elumalai, son of Koothan, aged about 45 years, and

3) Muniyan, son of Rengan, now illegally detained by the second

respondent and produce the detenus before this Court and to set them

at liberty forthwith.
