The petitioner was removed from service by the order of the

third respondent dated 06.06.2014 on the ground of unauthorised

absence. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his

pension was not sanctioned and in this regard, the petitioner

sent a representation dated 16.08.2018 to the respondents, but

the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the

present writ petition seeki
