Being aggrieved by the finding, fixing negligence on

the driver of the bus, bearing registration No.TN-21-P-9909, and

the quantum of compensation of Rs.10,83,000/-, awarded with

interest, at the rate of 7.5% per annum, in M.C.O.P.No.4734 of

2008, dated 20.11.2014, to the legal representative of the

deceased, from the date of claim till deposit, United India

Insurance Company Limited, Chennai, has filed this appeal.
