05.04.2013 in W.P.No.20728 of 2012 and since the said order has not been
complied with, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
3.Heard Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and
Mrs.R.Anitha, Learned State Government Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

4.Since the contempt petition is of the year 2013, this Court closes this
contempt petition for the present and gives liberty to the Petitioners to approach
