directing the second respondent to provide Educational Loan to

the petitioner for sum of Rs.5,70,000/- as per the Bonafide cum

Expenditure Certificate dated 18.07.2013 issued by the Hindustan

College of Technology and Science.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to

direct the second respondent to provide Educational Loan to the

petitioner for sum of Rs.5,70,000/- as per the Bonafide cum

Expenditure Certificate dated 18.07.2013 issued by the Hindustan

College of Technology and Science.

2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2013. The

petitioner would have completed the Course long back. Further,

no other informations are made available before this Court

regarding the loan sanctioned or any rejection thereof. Thus, no

further consideration is required due to length of time.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
