ORDER
The petitioner namely, Sivabaghyam @ Sait appeared in person and submitted that she wants to withdraw the Contempt Petition. She has also made an endorsement in the petition seeking permission to withdraw the contempt
withdrawing the contempt petition on her own wish and will and she was not forced or threatened by any other person for withdrawing the contempt petition.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner as well as taking into consideration the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
3. Mr. K.Elango, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent produced the Certified Copy of Sale Deed, dated 26.09.1959 registered as document No.2790/1959 and Certified Copy of the Mortgage Deed, dated 01.05.1979, registered as document No.895/1979. The learned counsel for the second respondent also handed over the deed of cancellation of Mortgage Deed, dated 01.04.2015.
4. The above said three documents were also handed over to the petitioner, namely Sivabaghyam @ Sait in the Open
