This petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in PRC No.89 of 2011, on the file of the XVII

Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. It is seen from records that the petitioner had been

ranked as A-1 in this case. One Manikandan, who was ranked as A-

2 had approached this Court seeking for quashing the
