Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified

Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2^nd

respondent in proceedings No.NIL dated 15.03.2022 and to quash

the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and

further forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from harassing the

petitioner.
