This writ petition is filed under

Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus,

calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1^st

respondent in G.O.Ms.No.1236 Education Department, dated 17.09.1984 and

quash the same in so far as imposition of 50% mark in Plus 2 Examination

and direct the respon
