Further to the communication addressed by the learned
Assistant Sessions Judge in Dis.No.156 / 2016 dated 10.02.2016 with
regard to S.C.No.2 of 2002 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court,
Udhagamandalam, this Court, after perusal of records, had passed a
detailed order on 21.11.2016 with a direction to the Registry to issue
notice to the 1st accused viz. Amalraj, through the concerned Court and
also to serve notice through the Superintendent of Police, Nilgiris.
However, it is seen that the order passed by this Court on 21.11.2016 has
not been complied with by the Registry.
2.Registry is directed to comply with the order dated
21.11.2016.
3.On the last hearing dated 21.11.2016, this Court had also
observed that the learned counsel Mr.I.C.Vasudevan who had appeared

for the 1st accused viz. Amalraj, had filed a memo stating that he had
withdrawn his appearance and returned the case bundles to the 1st
